No Service Agreement

Submitting a contact form or speaking with us by phone does not create a care or service agreement. Any engagement of Paragon Private Care services is governed by a separate written agreement that we will provide and review with you before any care begins.

All content on this site, including text, photography, design, and branding, is the property of Paragon Private Care or used under license. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission, except as permitted by fair use.

Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Paragon Private Care is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Applicant Vetting and Background Check Fee

Applicants for caregiving positions are asked to pay a $30 Vetting and Background Check Fee at the time they submit an application. This fee supports the cost of verifying credentials and completing background screening.

If an applicant is hired and begins employment with Paragon Private Care, $25 of the fee is reimbursed to them. The remaining $5 is nonrefundable. Paying the fee does not guarantee an interview, an offer of employment, or employment of any kind.

The fee is nonrefundable once screening has begun, except where required by law. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us at (508) 745-4334 and we will review it.

Payments

Payments made through this website are processed by Stripe. Paragon Private Care does not receive or store your card or bank details. Client payments made through this site are applied to your account; invoices for care services are issued separately and remain payable according to their terms.

If a payment is made in error or a duplicate payment occurs, contact us and we will correct it.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of last update noted above.
