Company and support for everyday life.
Respectful help with daily routines.

Personal support, beyond the ride.
We offer non-medical care in private homes and senior living communities, including independent living and memory-care settings, across Greater Boston and MetroWest.
Hourly visits, overnight care, and around-the-clock shifts can be discussed during your consultation. Arrangements depend on individual needs, the agreed care plan, and caregiver availability.
Medication reminders, transportation, transfer assistance, and support for people living with dementia are considered through an individual assessment and agreed care plan.
Our caregivers are employees. Our screening includes criminal background checks and reference checks.
A LITTLE CLARITY. A MORE CONFIDENT NEXT STEP.
Helpful answers as you consider what’s right for your family.
An hourly rate is one part of the decision. It also helps to understand who employs the caregiver, what screening is completed, and which services are included in the care plan. At Paragon, care brings together employee caregivers, screening, and an agreed plan for non-medical support.
With Paragon, caregivers are our employees. We conduct criminal background and reference checks, verify relevant credentials, and provide care based on an agreed plan. When comparing options, ask who takes responsibility for each of these steps.
Rates depend on the care and assistance needed. We’ll discuss your needs and explain the applicable rate during your consultation. Contact us to talk about care for your loved one.
Our free consultation gives us time to learn about your loved one’s needs, preferences, and daily routines. We use that conversation and the agreed care plan to help identify a caregiver suited to the support they need.
Feeling comfortable with the person providing care matters. Tell us your concerns, and we’ll talk them through with you and work to find a better match.
