Job Applicants

If you apply to work with Paragon Private Care, we collect the information you provide in the application, which may include your name, contact details, town and ZIP code, work history and caregiving experience, certifications and certification numbers, availability, languages, and any resume or credential documents you choose to upload.

We use this information to evaluate your application, verify your credentials with the appropriate certifying bodies, arrange interviews, and, if you are hired, to begin employment onboarding. We do not sell applicant information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Paragon except where necessary to verify a credential or complete a background check.

Applicant documents are stored privately and are not published or made publicly accessible. Applications are retained for as long as needed to consider you for current and future openings. You may ask us to delete your application at any time by contacting us.

Payments and Service Providers

Payments made through this site are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details are entered on Stripe's own secure page and are never received or stored by Paragon Private Care. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.

This website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions pass through Netlify's systems on their way to us. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. These providers process information on our behalf so that we can operate the site and respond to you.
